JOB DESCRIPTION

• Develop a web/ application for Japanese comic fan and there is an annual big fan offline event 
• Project Technical
  • Development languages: BE: ruby 3, FE: Flutter 3.4.0
  • Frameworks: Back-end: rails 7
  • Database: DynamoDB và Mysql
  • Infrastructure: AWS (S3, ECS or EKS, CloudFront, Route53…)

Must have: 

• 4+  years of experience working with Ruby
• 1+ years of experience leading team
• In-depth understanding of object-oriented programming
• Optimization techniques for large databases skills
• Background jobs, when to use them or not, common things that can go wrong, etc., and preferably different processors (such as Sidekiq and Resque) and their differences and relative merits
• REST APIs, including designing, implementing, and consuming them
• How to benchmark the app, and not just for speed but also memory, network i/o, disk i/o, etc
• How to deploy an app, beyond just “git push heroku master”; ideally some standard tools such as Capistrano

Nice to have (Optional): 

• Hands-on experience writing command-line apps using Ruby libraries.
• Expertise in Rails.
• Work experience with AWS services.
• Reviewing Ruby code skills
