JOB DESCRIPTION
- Proactively manage software development projects for the company's customers.
- Receiving requests from customers, conducting surveys, estimating costs, making plans, implementation plans, organizing project management in accordance with the process, quality assurance and set plans.
- Communicate with customers/partners about project-related contents.
- Ensure service quality commitment (SLA) with customers about the project in charge.

- Take charge of product acceptance before handing it over to customers.
- Receive and handle errors arising after deployment.

Job Requirement
- At least 3 years of experience in software-project management.
- Born from the year of 1990 to 1995.
- Have a background in software development and experience as a developer or business analyst.
- Possess good planning and problem-solving skills.
- Capable of covering work, handling situations flexibly.
- Proactive and creative at work.
- Good communication and teamwork skills, able to withstand pressure, high sense of responsibility.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
- Nice to have experience in the POS system.
