Overview of job

TJTECH is looking for Project Manager who will be responsible to supporting and work with Development team to ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget; Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals; Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis; Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Salary: up to 3500 USD
• Review salary 1 time/year based on employee’s performance
• 2-month probationary period with 100% salary
• Bonus: 1 time/year or more depending on company financial performance
• Benefit of Union policy and social activities 
• Other benefits follows Vietnam Labor Law
• Health care: 1 time/year
• Free drink/food

Experience Required

• Proven working experience as a project manager (both Waterfall and Agile methodology) in information technology.
• Able to communicate fluently in English OR Japanese (both written & verbal).
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in managing a team, up to 10 members.
• Experience in managing budgets, estimation, and resources

Preferred Skills

• Good at trouble shooting, root cause analysis with wide knowledge not only in application area.
• Relationship management, negotiation, leadership, teamwork.
• Ability to understand the "big picture" and to apply advanced knowledge of project management methodology, best practices, tools and processes
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• PMP / Agile Scrum Master certification is a plus.
• Have experience on Fintech sector is a plus.
• Knowledge on Infrastructures, networking, security is a plus.
