Overview of job
This position is responsible for the technical support to BA team on maintaining systems and execute small CR within technical capabilities. In addition, this position will help to save cost when new requests for reporting / functional development from the user arise.
Job description:
1. Working SSI’s internal infrastructure teams (System / Network / Security / Database) to prepare for any CRs in UAT / PRD environment 2. Working with vendor / Microsoft Support and internal teams ensuring smooth operating of the MicroSoft Dynamics 365 CRM system
3. Maintain / develop / deploy... Reports (+BI), Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflow, Forms and Personalization
4. Carry out technical activities for production support activities:
• Troubleshooting / Diagnostic
• Patching Application / DB packages
• Stop-Restart Apps Services / Processes
• Concurrent Manager monitoring and alerts
5. Support End Users for some specific ad-hoc cases
Job Requirement
Job requirements:
1. Minimum 3 years experience with .Net technologies.
2. Minimum 2 years experience with Azure technologies.
3. Knowing MS Dynamics 365 is an advantage.
4. Good presentation, written and verbal communication skill.
5. Communication skills, communication confidence, team work, good customer relations;
6. Ability to work independently, under pressure
7. Reading technical documents in English good, basic communication.
