What you’ll do

• Performing analysis and gathering requirements for multiple project initiatives 
• Acting as a liaison between the Development team and the Business customers 
• Assisting stakeholders and product owners with analyzing and validating business needs and establishing development priorities
• Elicit, refine requirements and manage requirement life cycle.
• Working effectively in a collaborative and innovative team-oriented environment 
• Working closely with Development team and Quality assurance to enhance software solutions and ensure adherence to acceptance criteria 
• Documenting: user stories, User Acceptance Test, process …

What you should have

• At least 5 years-experience as Business Analyst/Product owner at software company
• Translating requirements accurately to the software development team. 
• Must have an understanding of industry best practice requirements definition and system testing concepts. 
• Strong understanding of web-based applications. 
• Self-motivated, team player, and adaptable to a dynamic environment and the ability to complete all assignments as required. 
• Excellent oral and written communication skills. 
• Good problem-solving skills. 
• Must have good time management skills and be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with employees at all levels of the organization, external contacts, and the public. 
• Good at mock-ups/wireframe tools, documentation tools
