Overview of job

• Analyze the requirements and acceptance criteria for new features and enhancements in the software
• Proposing tools, optimizing methods for work (quality control and inspection) to try to best meet the quality of work, improve capacity and work efficiency
• Participating in building and proposing improvements to processes, standards, and quality.
• Configure the test environment to execute required test cases
• Conduct review meetings to share test case status, discuss concerns and risk items, drive comprehensive test coverage, and assure general team alignment
• Define, execute, and analyze test cases collaborating with the team to validate achievement of acceptance criteria
• Track defects and bugs using defect tracking system, track resolution progress, and validate resolutions once submitted

• University graduate or higher majoring in information technology, computing, telecommunications, finance, or banking 
• Foreign language: English intermediate 
• At least 3 years of experience in testing (manual, automated, performance) API, Web, Mobile, Big Data, ... 
• Knowledgeable in at least one programming language: Java, Python 
• Proficient in using at least one database management system: Oracle, SQL server, Mongo, … 
• Experience in using management tools such as Jira (Zephur, X-rays)
• Knowledgeable in testing tools and frameworks: Selenium, Serenity Framework, K6 or Jmeter Postman, ... 
• Experience in organizing, implementing, and managing test activities 
• Experienced in working and coordinating with many stakeholders 
• Have skills in planning/management and organizing the implementation of the plan/work arrangement
• Work well under pressure with deadlines
• Display flexibility and proficiency at setting priorities
