Overview of job

• Define quality strategy, quality processes, and the best practices in agile environments.
• Ideate, implement, maintain, and reinforce high-quality standards that allow the application to be reusable and scalable.
• Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders to improve user acceptance testing.
• Defect management in agile environments.
• Keep the documentation up to date.
• Create and run a functional test (smoke, end-to-end, exploratory, etc).
• Set test criteria and business requirement analysis.
• Risk analysis. 
• Encourage the use of best practices in the company.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• Solid experience in Manual Testing, especially with complex systems (e.g., eCommerce)
• Basic knowledge of Automation Testing and open to learning automation testing tools.
• Skillful API testing and Regression testing
• Basic Database knowledge
• QMetry is nice to have but highly desirable. 
• Experience validating Web applications.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of AGILE methodologies and practices.
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies, including planning and strategy design.
• The ability to predict common user workflows to design effective tests.

Other nice-to-have qualities we appreciate are:

• API Testing with tools such as Postman and Insomnia.
• ISTQB Certifications.
• Mobile testing
