Overview of job

- Develop Treasury system services and make sure the quality of the services is good to be used (in production environment) and in accordance with architecture and information security, incl. coding, documentation, architecture, training for user... in cooperation with other related for software development result.

- Improve stability of Treasury systems: Investigate and troubleshoot for issues, incidents and problems of application as level 3 support.

- Study the technical updates and make the change or do upgrading release in Development area.

- Enhance the quality of developments and propose/apply standards in development to increase quality.

- Lead and coach development team related to technologies and development processes.

• Study new banking products, banking processes. Apply result in analyzing business requirement, guild and make sure BU known and using studied knowledge to sign SRS, Tech Spec, Operation Document.
• Propose & apply solution to improving Treasury system.
• Decision related to cross system and cross product that out of Treasury Domain
• Defects found in UAT/Post Live
• Successfully deliver the Treasury implementation project according to plan
• Compliant with existing processes and standards
• Increase Number of CR delivered per quarter/month
• Reduce the TAT of deliver product

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics

Relevant Knowledge/ Expertise:

• At least 5+ years’ experience working in software development and integrations. 
• Excellent programming skills and languages include Java, SQL, XML, shell script HTML/HTML5/CSS/JavaScript, jQuery, json, web service (SoapXML, Restful API), Java/.Net especially frontend technology such as React JS, Angular JS…
• Experience with administering MS SQL/ MySQL/ Oracle DB
• Knowledge of Cloud Services of common cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle Cloud…on development.
• It is a plus to have experience in banking domain (priority for Treasury business)
• Having experience in Message Broker/Queue concepts like clustering, triggering, load balancing, distributed queue management, web service implement is a plus
• Understanding cloud architect and development on 1 of common clouds such as AWS/Azure/Google Cloud/Oracle Cloud
• Experience in managing development team is an advantage.

• An understanding of bank business processes and constraints
