Overview of job

• You will participate in a project to build the next generation product of SERVE, an operation support service for social welfare in Japan, using the latest technology.
• In this new project, you will also be entrusted with project management in the Vietnam office, depending on your ability. 
• The project will be based on the specifications planned by the Japanese team.
• Communication with the Japanese team will be conducted mainly in Japanese. Japanese language ability is not required, but experience in contracted development for Japanese companies or service development related to social welfare services is preferred. This project will be carried out in cooperation with a Japanese-speaking Vietnamese BrSE.

• 日本チームで企画した仕様をもとに、新しいサービスを 開発をしてもらいます。
• 日本チームとのコミュニケーションは主に日本語で行われます。日本語能力は必須ではありませんが、日系企業向けの受託開発や社会福祉事業に関わるサービス開発の経験者を優遇します。このプロジェクトは、日本語を話すベトナム人のブリッジエンジニアと協力して実施されます。

• The desired requirements for the PM's skills are (min 3 years)
• Programming skills at a level to provide technical guidance to development team members.
• Ability to independently organize project members to complete software development and manage projects in accordance with Japanese requirements.
• Knowledge of project management and related knowledge, ability to develop workable project plans and follow up on implementation according to actual situations. 
• Ability to control project risks, able to correctly analyze various risks of the project, and proactively control them. 
• High psychological quality, able to accept challenges and work under pressure, as in project management work.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and C#, .Net, and familiarity with databases.
• Experience in development with frameworks (Next.js, React, ASP.NET Core)
• Experience in implementing authentication and authorization processes (Auth0, Amazon Cognito, Identity Platform)
• Experience in test design using unit testing and e2e testing.
• Knowledge and experience with cloud servers such as AWS and GCP

• 少なくても３年程度のプロジェクトマネジメント経験があること
• 開発メンバーに対し技術指導が出来るレベルのプログラミングスキルを有すること
• プロジェクト メンバーを独自に編成してソフトウェア開発を完了する能力および日本の要件に沿ったプロジェクト管理能力がある。
• プロジェクト管理の知識と関連知識、実行可能なプロジェクト計画を作成し、実際の状況に応じて実施をフォローアップできる。
• プロジェクトのリスクを制御する能力、プロジェクトのさまざまなリスクを正しく分析できるリスクを積極的にコントロールできる。
• プロジェクト管理の仕事のように、心理的な質が高く、挑戦を受け入れることができ、プレッシャーの下で働くことができる。
• JavaScript 及びC#、.Net に習熟しており、データベースに精通していること。
• フレームワーク（Next.js、React、ASP.NET Core）を用いた開発経験
