Overview of job
- Monitoring industry trends to identify opportunities for new products that could benefit the company;
- Conducting research to identify customer preferences, needs, and attitudes about products or services;
- Reviewing historical data to identify trends in customer behavior or preferences over time;
- Compiling reports based on findings from research and data analysis to provide recommendations for decision-makers;
- Identifying customer needs and then designing and implementing solutions that meet those needs with appropriate products or services;
- Recognizing patterns utilizing customer data and providing insights to the Product Team;
- Preparing data parameters and working closely with the data engineering team to understand data tables that currently exist;
- Ensuring that data that is available is accurate and reliable;
- Identify and implement automated tools to extract data from primary and secondary sources;
- Preparing reports for the management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data;
- Other tasks as assigned by management.

Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
- 3+ years in Data Analyst/Business Analyst position for software projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Perfect English communication skills are a must-have the requirement
- Get fluent in SQL, Python
- Statistical programming skills
- Data management and data Visualization skills
- Logical analysis skills
- Data Cleaning and Data Preparation skills
- Dashboard and report creation skills
Nice to have:
- Experience creating dashboards in PostHog & Metabase
- Analyst Certificates.
