Swag Soft – a Singapore-based mobile apps and games developer – is looking to hire an UI/UX Designer. Our company develops software and games for MNCs, government stat boards, Singapore businesses and startups. Our sister company Mixed Realms is also known for creating one of the best-selling VR games in the world.
Primary Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, design and produce wireframes, mock-ups and final interface assets
- Illustrate app logos and icons
- Produce mock-up animations and prototypes
- Export necessary assets for the programmers
- 14 days Annual leave, 14 days of paid holiday leave (including 1 day for Christmas and additional 2 days for Lunar new year)
- 13th Month salary
- Health and Social insurance on full gross salary
- Only work from Mon-Fri (9:30 ~ 18:30), off Sat & Sun
- Work from home every Friday
- Early knock off time on Thursday to enjoy out-of-work company activities such as playing badminton, football to relieve stress
- Great allowance (Free Coffee and drinks / Free Parking / Birthday party, etc)
- 2 company trips/year for Team Building activities.

Job Requirement
The Ideal Candidate Should Possess the Following Traits and Skills:
- Strong passion for and UI/UX trends
- Good understanding of colors, typography and layout
- Able to create a good UI/UX flow from wireframing to interface graphics creation
- Has a good understanding of good UI/UX practices and guidelines for both mobile (Android, iOS, etc) and responsive web platforms
- Able to think out of the box and is eager to design new yet practical user experience.
- Consistently getting updated on new UX/UI trends and have a good judgement of what is suitable for different projects and users.Able to communicate with team members in English
- Responsible and and pays attention to details
- Able to work under tight deadlines
- Cheerful, positive and a genuine team-player
- Tidy and organized
- Strong drive to improve and upgrade constantly
Technical Qualifications
- Proficient in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
- Proficient in creating and managing design systems in Figma
- Strong UX Wireframing skills
Bonus Skills
- If you can illustrate more complicated designs other than the usual icons and logos, it’s definitely a big bonus!
- If you can produce more complicated app animations apart from the usual slide-in-out and fade-in-out transitions, wow - even better!
