Overview of job
Responsibilities:
** Project level:
- Collaborate with PM to define Project Specific Process
- Monitor and consult the process compliance and evaluate the process effectiveness.
- Perform audit and phase gate.
- Do quality analysis and develop the corresponding reports.
- Escalate to Senior Leadership Team for critical issues affect quality and delivery.
- Involve Causal Analysis Resolution for critical issues and consult and follow up improvement actions
** Organization level:
- Maintain QMS to comply to ISO 9001, CMMI, ISO 27001
- Lead or involve improvement programs.
- Develop QA Dept plan and analysis report periodically and present to Senior Leadership Team
- Be instructor for process/tool related training sessions.
Job Requirement
** Required skill:
- Bachelor of Information Technology
- 2 years+ of work experience for QA role/QC role
- Knowledge and experience of CMMi, ISO 9001, 27001
- Agile Methodology and Software Development Models (Waterfall, V-Model)
- Statistical Analysis Techniques

- Good at communicate and report in English.
