Overview of job
- Business Analyst (BA) works with Product Manager and with members of the development to define clear details of product requirements.
- Business Analyst is responsible for understanding the needs of users, business and domain expertise, and hence, interpreting this into detailed but concise requirement document.
- Document product vision and project’s scope
- Document product requirements in details
- Define functional and non-functional requirements
- Conduct workshops with stakeholders to clarify and validate requirements.
- Take the pioneer route to analyze requirements and verification
- Conduct requirement transfer workshops to ensure development team can understand product requirements as well as everyone is on the same page
Job Requirement
- Has 4 - 5 years’ experience in Software Development
- Knowledge in Agile Process is a plus
- Business Analysis Techniques are a plus
- Good communication skills in English
- Good interviewing skills

- Detail-oriented, problem-solving and lateral thinking
