Project management responsibilities include delivering every project on time within defined scopes and given resources. Our projects’ domains ranging widely from seasonal campaigns, new product development and internal process improvement.
Project managers are skilled at getting the best out of the people and projects that they oversee. They thrive when planning projects and working with project teams to achieve the one goal which was set.

What you will do

• Coordinate internal resources and partners for the flawless execution of projects;
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, under the standards of quality;
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility;
• Ensure resource availability and allocation;
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress;
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs;
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques;
• Report and escalate to board of management as needed;
• Manage the relationship with partners and all stakeholders;
• Be the key contact to all the info in and out during the project progressing;
• Perform risk estimation/ management to minimize project risks;
• Review and maintain comprehensive project documentation;
• Continuously contribute and advocate to improve internal processes, documents and tooling.

What you will need

• Enthusiastic in working in a fast-paced environment, being flexible and adaptive to changes;
• Experienced in handling multiple projects at once, good at processing loads of information;
• Being organized, keen on detail;
• Open minded;
• At least 4 years of experience as a project manager or tech lead/ supervisor, preferably in fintech or technical field;
• Strong interpersonal skills;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Good executing skill of Microsoft Office or similar and management tools.

You will stand out if you have:

• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies;
• Experience in agile project management;
• Any relevant certification of leadership.
