- Tiếng Nhật đọc hiểu tốt ~N2
- Có kinh nghiệm làm Senior/Leader Tester ở các công ty Nhật là một lợi thế
- Có kiến thức nghiệp vụ Test, có các chứng chỉ quốc tế là một lợi thế
- Có tư duy giải quyết vấn đề tốt
- Có kinh nghiệm quản lý team là một lợi thế
- Có kinh nghiệm về Automation Testing là một thế
