Overview of job
👉 Define Product Definition: Work with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and market trends to develop a product strategy and roadmap that aligns with business goals.
👉 Gather and prioritize requirements: Collaborate with customer to define and prioritize product requirements, balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, and business value.
👉 Execute Product Planning and Development: Ensure product development aligns with customer goals and business requirements, and manage product innovation and improvement.
👉 Manage Technical Team Interactions: Help the technical team make informed trade-offs based on customer requirements and oversee product quality assurance and testing.
👉 Monitor OKRs and Success Metrics: Define and monitor key performance indicators to measure the success of the product.

Job Requirement
🔗 4+ years of experience in B2B software product development, with a track record of delivering impactful and customer-satisfying products
🔗 Experience in Software architecture design
🔗 Experience with agile development methodologies and tools
🔗 Ability to work with customers, technical teams, and management to gather requirements, define software product features, and provide technical guidance
🔗 Strong project management skills
🔗 Experience in sales is a big plus
🔗 Exceptional leadership, organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
🔗 Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and deliver excellent results
🔗 Passion for technology, especially Koidra's core technology
