Overview of job
As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator you will be a key member in helping our clients achieve their aims of enriching their customer experiences using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Your responsible for delivery of the following services:
- Build out customer lifecycle journeys and email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud including automated and triggered campaigns.
- Execute audience segmentation within Salesforce Marketing Cloud utilizing SQL, Automation Studio
- Configure, test, and deploy marketing automation campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Estimate effort required to implement proposed solutions. Monitor technical performance of assets and test/troubleshoot. Build and maintain solution-related, campaign-related documentation.
- Provide product and subject matter expertise to internal teams.
- Participate in consultative discussions with our client partners on goals, challenges solving our client's requirements.
Job Requirement
- 2~3 years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud data structure and key functionalities.

- Understanding web technologies MUST HAVE solid skills with HTML, SQL queries and AMPScript
