Job description

Overview of job

As our IT Support Analyst, you will assist our employees with the installation, configuration, and ongoing usability of laptop computers, mobile phones, peripheral equipment, and software within established standards and guidelines. This will include supporting the growing UK region in addition to employees located remotely around the Globe. Our IT Support Analyst will also be able to resolve technical problems with desktop computing equipment and software.

  • Assisting employees with their computer laptop systems
  • Providing computer support services both for software and hardware
  • Testing computers and ensuring that computer systems are functioning properly
  • Physical setting up of computers and software system installation for various computer applications and programs
  • Identifying and solving any problems that affect computer operating systems
  • Individual assessments of computer systems to identify the problem(s)
  • Help in the examination of network servers equipment and maintenance
  • Maintenance and upgrading of computer systems or offering recommendations on upgrades needed
  • On-going training of our employees and through our induction program
  • Maintaining other computer peripheral devices such as printers and solving printing problems if they arise
