ABOUT US

• Floware is a leader in building innovative software to transform the way people live, play, work, and learn. Our mission is to create smart solutions that benefit everyone and solve their daily challenges. We were the first in Vietnam to develop an iOS app and our first OS X application SmartDay debuted on the Mac App Store at #5.
• Location: Ho Van Hue Street, Phu Nhuan District, HCMC
• Office hour: Monday – Friday (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Setup, maintain, upgrade PCs including both hardware and software.
• Setup and maintain LAN, WIFI and other related network hardware devices.
• Set up user accounts, permissions and passwords.
• Oversee security of all systems, especially the internet.
• Provide technical supports and troubleshooting, including but not limited to: software updates, security, network and internet connection, PC, printer.
• Purchase and manage company equipment.
• Train new employees (developers and testers) on new systems and how to get up, run on development environment and test environment quickly.
• Make plans for future improvements of network and IT infrastructure.
• Suggesting IT solutions to business problems.
• Work with owners on the IT budget.
• Also support for Active Media office.
• Other duties as assigned

Your skills and experience

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• University degree majoring in Computer Science/Computer Engineering
• At least 1-2 years’ experience in an IT role
• Knowledge of Windows/ Ubuntu networks, active directory, TCP/IP and Linux servers
• Knowledge of Microsoft/ Ubuntu operating systems and software
• In depth technical knowledge of PC hardware
