Job description

• Research, analyze requirements and understand the function of products or projects.
• Design test strategy, test plan, test data, test cases, test scripts, testing methods,...
• Build manual test cases/test scenarios based on requirements, user stories, and acceptance tests that belong to the test plan.
• Identify, analyze, report test results, and monitor defects in the defect tracking system. Investigate defect reports from production support, isolate their causes
• Build process/KPI Metric for testing team
• Ensure high quality output of the test team at all activities
• Manage a team of 10 members and provide hiring, training, mentoring and coaching
• Propose and lead team initiatives to improve test's knowledge, performance and skills
• Manage Risk/Issue of project/ testing team

• Flexible working time: 

Morning: 8:00 am -12:00 pm (check in from 8:00 am to 8:45 am)

Afternoon: 1:00 pm - 5:45 pm (check out from 5:00 pm to 5:45 pm)

Your skills and experience

• At least 3 years of proven experience as a Test Lead in the web application
• Knowledge of different test types, test techniques & activities in the test process 
• Familiar with Restful API testing tool sets (Postman) and mock-up tools (Figma, draw.io ,…).
• Having hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum projects
• Critical thinking ability and strong problem-solving capacity.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills; 
• Ability to train, mentor, coach internal teams
• Ability to work in a metrics-based and flexibility 
• Ability to adapt and grow in a fast-paced startup environment
• English: strong writing and reading comprehension skills.
• ISTQB Foundation certification is a must

Plus: 

• Good understanding of UI/GUI/UX design
• Having knowledge about Automation testing.
• Experienced in Tech Startup culture environment
