Job description

PURPOSE OF JOB

Responsible for identifying weak spots and applying testability to challenge better software design, promote engineering practices, bug-free production strategies, testability, accessibility, privacy, and other advanced quality concepts across BAEMIN products.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• Have the responsibility for the quality of BAEMIN products
• Review requirements and specifications to provide timely meaningful feedback.
• Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities.
• Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products
• Managing internal/external testers to execute tests
• Design and implement testing automation
• Give an effort to provide a bug-free production environment with internal teams

Your skills and experience

JOB REQUIREMENT

The employee must meet the following minimum job requirements to successfully perform the job

Education: A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineer/ Information Technology, or experiences in related fields.

Experience:

• Around 3 years of experience as a QC Engineer/Tester
• Having excellent analytical skills and systematic arrangement skills of anomaly
• Having the ability to analyze problems in an engineering way
• Having logical communication skills
• Familiar with agile software development and engineering culture

Skills/Knowledge

• Understand of the product at the implementation level, be able to analyze logs and API responses in microservice integration level;
• Agile and Reactive Problem-solving skills;
• Effective communication and teamwork skills, particularly ability to work in squad to ensure delivering project timely meaningful;
