Job description

Overview of job

  • Understand market needs and customer's needs, stay updated on market trends, create compelling product vision, develop a product roadmap quarterly and annually
  • Obsess over customers to deliver the products they need, constantly study the products to understand new aspect,s and fine-tune to meet customer needs
  • Deliver a world-class product with inputs from client discovery, sales, and advisory teams
  • Conduct assessments to identify optimal product opportunities, ensuring alignment of features with the targeted market and available technology
  • Work closely with the Data Science team & Engineering team to deliver product features of the product roadmap and ensure proper production implementation
  • Engage with clients and users to gather constant feedback and incorporate it into the product features
  • Conceptualize, define, and guide research and product requirements to create exceptional user experiences
  • Use data & client feedback to understand product and feature performance, suggest data-driven initiatives to improve the product and user experience
  • Advise clients with tailored use cases based on data and testing outcomes, provide expert opinions for enhancements/improvements of the product suite

Job Requirement

  • 4+ years of experience in product management along with 7+ years of overall work experience Experience with Banking & Financial B2B products, especially payment/ credit transfer solutions.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills (candidates from internal/external management consulting or similar, or candidates with Technical background - a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field - are strongly welcome. You don't need to write codes, you need to understand the product from technical standpoint only)
  • Ability to collect and analyze data from various sources, identify key insights, spot product opportunities, and inform product decisions 
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes to help your team win 
  • Ability to maintain a keen attention to detail, multitask, and work well under pressure 
  • Good interpersonal skills, support sales in pitching and deployment for customers
  • Teamwork spirit, hardworking with enthusiastic attitudes 
  • Strong learning ability and self-motivation to acquire new knowledge 
  • Capability to zoom in and out on a problem 
  • Effective problem-solving skills under pressure
