Overview of job

Fincorp is the pioneer in Wealth Management Technology in Vietnam. Now we are looking for Business Analyst as below:

• Gather business and system requirements from PM/Client
• Assist PM/Client to define requirements and suggest ideas
• Create Business Requirement Spec
• Analyze users' feedback to measure product's effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
• Assist PM on project scope, estimation and planning
• Act as the bridge between PM/client and dev team (developers, testers, UI designer) to clarify requirement in both business and system analysis view
• Work with QC to verify that all requirements of the system are fulfilled.
• Write testing scenarios for UAT
• Support UAT in testing, verifying bugs/issues with client
• Assist Bid Manager in pre-sales support activities especially on analysis phase

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in IT, Business, Computer Science or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Knowledge of testing approaches and techniques
• Have good logical thinking ability
• Flexible, enthusiastic, responsible at work.
• Have a proactive, can-do attitude
• Experienced in Agile methods, especially Scrum models
• Female preferred
