Overview of job
- Liaising between the IT department, User Experience department, and the Executive branches
- Analyzing, understanding strategic business needs, and planning for growth
- Acting as an information source and communicator between business branches; proposing solutions to meet business requirements as well as the design of technical systems if necessary
- Writing and maintaining robust functional specifications
- Be familiar with the SCRUM Agile Development methodology and Conduct regular stand-ups with the development team and product owner in the capacity of a SCRUM Master.
- Managing change requests from stakeholders
- Conducting Quality Assurance and Quality Control tests, A/B tests, and UAT sections with users and product owners
- Utilizing and analyzing IT data for business insights
- Enhancing the quality of IT products and services
- Analyzing data to inform business decisions
- Sourcing and implementing new business technology
- Finding technological solutions to business requirements
- Producing reports on application development and implementation
Job Requirement
- Diploma/Degree in Computer Engineering, Business Administration or related field
- 3+ years in an IT Business Analyst role
- Excellent command of English
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Analytical mindset
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- [Bonus] SCRUM Master Certification
- [Bonus] IT Development experience
