Overview of job
Responsibility
- Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
- Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
- Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
- Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs
- Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
- Liaise with teams to identify system requirements
- Monitor debugging process results
- Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions
- Stay up to date with new testing tools and test strategies
Job Requirement
Requirements:
2-5 year experience in application testing
- Experience with project management tools (e.g Jira, Trello, AzureDevops)
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
- Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
- Experience with BDD/Cucumber is a plus
- Enjoy working in a startup environment.
- Intermediate english proficiency is mandatory, interview will be conducted in English.

BUSINESS PROFILE
MODEC Management Services is an oil & gas service contractor in Vietnam.
Our operations office is located in Vung Tau city. We are now operating 2 vessels (FSO) in offshore Vietnam. We need some IT backgrounded personnel for supporting other MODEC’s entities operation. Working location may be in Vietnam office at beginning stage.
