Job description
Overview of job
- Batch Job operation work
- Perform batch job operations in 3 shifts (8 hours) for 24/7
- Check whether the batch operation is normal
- Batch job performance monitoring
- Preparation and reporting of batch job regular reports
- Application of the operator of the execution module, support for patch/upgrade of batch work
- Defect & Error support and management
- In case of batch operation failure(error), check related logs and take 1st action
- 2nd In case of failure, log files/error information/screen capture of the relevant batch are shared with the developer in charge.
- Supports final error and failure resolution
- Post-monitoring after recovery from failure.
Job Requirement
Work experience: No experience, IT worker
- Possess basic IT-related knowledge and skills
- Possess basic IT knowledge or experience

- Bachelor's degree graduates majoring in IT are preferred
- Preference given to those with IT-related qualifications
- Preference given to those working in IT-related occupations
- Experience using batch work tool (JP1) preferred
- Preference given to those who can speak English
