Job description

Overview of job

  • Contribute to data platform architecture from the reliability, performance, availability and operation perspectives
  • Identify parts of the system that are not scalable, optimistic and lead the effective solution to resolve technical issues
  • Implement infrastructure, configuration, and network as code for the applications and platforms
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define the product roadmap (for infrastructure)
  • Collaborate with others to identify service level indicators and reasonable service objectives

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field
  • Good at English skills
  • Have 5+ years of experience as a DevOps/SRE Engineer or a related position
  • Experience with Python
  • Experience with distributed/big-data systems: Hadoop, Spark, Flink, …
  • Experience with Infrastructure as code
  • Experience with monitoring systems such as Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch and related system
  • Can communicate technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders. Document support processes to ensure environments are well maintained and supported
  • Have experience in Databricks is a bonus
  • Have experience in Data Platform in Cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a bonus
