Overview of job
- Contribute to data platform architecture from the reliability, performance, availability and operation perspectives
- Identify parts of the system that are not scalable, optimistic and lead the effective solution to resolve technical issues
- Implement infrastructure, configuration, and network as code for the applications and platforms
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define the product roadmap (for infrastructure)
- Collaborate with others to identify service level indicators and reasonable service objectives
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field
- Good at English skills
- Have 5+ years of experience as a DevOps/SRE Engineer or a related position
- Experience with Python
- Experience with distributed/big-data systems: Hadoop, Spark, Flink, …
- Experience with Infrastructure as code
- Experience with monitoring systems such as Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch and related system
- Can communicate technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders. Document support processes to ensure environments are well maintained and supported
- Have experience in Databricks is a bonus
- Have experience in Data Platform in Cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a bonus
