Overview of job
- Join some parts or full lifecycle of software development.
- Create design specifications independently.
- Create systems design with instruction from the Project Leader
- Do implementation as well as conduct reviews for others.
- Provide technical guidance, and proper instruction to lower-level members.
- Willing to take business trips or work overseas.
- Other assignments from the Manager.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT major or a relevant major
- From 2-3 years of working experience in Backend development using Java, .Net, Python, etc. (Prefer Java)
- Hands-on experience deploying applications in cloud services such as AWS, Azure, GCP, etc
- Experience in making specifications such as design and test specifications.
- Experience with outsourcing/offshore processes like Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, etc.
- Foreign languages: Japanese (JLPT N4+) & English (TOEIC > 650)
- Excellent in logical thinking
- Problem-solving skills, concentration, proactive and independent.
