Overview of job
- Monitor operations and directly handle requests from departments and domains related to the use of the Core Insurance system and other assigned IT service systems.
- Coordinate with partners and related domains to resolve any errors that arise to ensure IT services meet the maximum requirements of all departments.
- Assist in testing, coordinating projects, and receiving handover of software products from the solution center and IT deployment projects.
- Review issued IT processes, manage and report on IT process compliance.
- Perform periodic (daily, monthly, annual) monitoring of SAP and non-SAP application systems.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in supporting and operating systems and application software/Minimum of 2 years of experience in software development related work.
- Experience in providing software application support and level 1 user support.
- Preference for candidates with SAP system support experience.
- Insurance knowledge is an advantage.
