Overview of job

Requirement Gathering & Analysis:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into detailed functional and technical requirements.
• Conduct workshops, interviews, and surveys to gather and document business requirements.

Process Improvement:

• Analyze existing business processes and recommend solutions for optimization.
• Develop workflow charts, diagrams, and specifications to illustrate proposed changes.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including use cases, user stories, process models, and requirement specifications.
• Develop and present reports and dashboards to provide insights into business operations.

Stakeholder Communication:

• Act as a liaison between business teams and IT or project teams, ensuring effective communication and understanding.
• Facilitate regular meetings and status updates with stakeholders.

Project Support:

• Assist in project planning, tracking, and execution by supporting project managers.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure that solutions meet business objectives.

Market Research & Competitor Analysis:

• Analyze industry trends and competitor strategies to provide actionable insights.
• Identify opportunities for business growth and operational efficiency.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience:
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Proven experience with business process analysis, requirement gathering, and documentation.
• Skills:
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel, SQL, JIRA, Tableau, or other BI tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional), CCBA (Certification of Competency in Business Analysis), or PMI-PBA.
