Responsibilities and Duties 

• Directly survey, collect information, analyze and specify according to business requirements. 
• Coordinate with business to unify solutions and initiatives to develop internal software for the bank. 
• Comply with company’s brand identity standards and standard design systems. 
• Comply with company’s processes/regulations.

• Attractive income Up to 40M
• Pay your full salary in two months of probation. 
• Review salary once per year.

• About 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst. 
• Prefer experience as a Team Leader. 
• Strong experience in collecting, analyzing and specifying business requirements. 
• Strong experience in specifying and designing applications, finance and banking. 
• Strong communication with customers & stakeholders. 
• Understanding of Citad, Swift, Tax submission business. 
• Understanding of Transaction Checking and Reconciliation. 
• Experience working on Oracle database. 
• Careful, quickly absorbing new technology solutions and applying them to work. 
• Proficient in building business requirement specification documents. 
• Ability to read and understand documents in English 
• Withstand high pressure from project priority and timeline 
• Delivered products of good quality, limiting errors. 
• Actively report periodic work results to management.
• Good communication in English
• Have experience in financial/fintech or banking domain is PLUS.
