Team Management & Leadership 

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT Business Analysts, fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented and high-performing environment that encourages innovation and critical thinking. 
• Define team objectives, conduct performance reviews, and identify training and development needs. 
• Establish and maintain BA best practices, standards, and methodologies within the organization

Stakeholder & Requirement Management 

• Collaborate with business owners and product teams to understand strategic goals and identify business needs. 
• Oversee the elicitation, analysis, documentation, and management of business and technical requirements for various projects. Ensure requirements are clear, concise, testable, and aligned with business objectives and product vision 
• Analyze and document existing operational processes and identify areas for improvement. 
• Utilize various BA techniques such as user stories, use cases, process flows, mock-up and data models to effectively capture and communicate requirements. 
• Manage changes to requirements through a defined change control process. 

Product Development 

• Actively participate in the product development lifecycle, providing BA expertise and insights. 
• Contribute to the definition of product roadmaps, features, and functionalities. 
• Support the planning and execution of product launch activities. Operation Support 
• Lead the investigation and analysis of production issues, working closely with technical teams to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
• Ensure timely communication and updates regarding production issues to relevant stakeholders. 
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of knowledge bases and troubleshooting guides. 
• Collaborate with operational teams to execute the operation activities, define and implement new processes and workflows.

• Salary: Up to $5,000/month (100% offered during the probation period). 
• Work Schedule: Monday – Friday (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with a lunch break from 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM).

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Graduates from top universities or specialized gifted schools are highly preferred. 
• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, including at least 3 years in a team leadership or managerial role. 
• Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Visio, Visual Paradigm for process modeling and mockups. 
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and SQL for requirements and data analysis. 
• Strong understanding of the fintech industry and specific knowledge in one or more of the following areas: AI, Crypto, Blockchain technology, NFTs, and NFT Games; is an advantage. 
• Experience working in Agile environments; Scrum certification is an advantage. 
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. 
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment 
• Strong command of English (both verbal and written)
