Job Description:

We are looking for a Product Lead to direct product strategy, roadmap development and ensure high return on investment.

  • Architecturing product & product strategy, ensuring that it aligns with the company’s broader goals and market opportunities.
  • Creating and maintaining a detailed product roadmap that outlines major initiatives and timelines.
  • Troubleshooting pain points from both business needs and product performance angles.
  • Identifying and exploring new product opportunities, leveraging emerging technologies and market trends.
  • Ensure features from design to live stage are well aligned with the end goals crafted.
  • Tracking the key and supporting product metrics, in line with overall business metrics to measure product performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborating with Regional PMs & Developers to ensure product feature roadmaps are delivered on time in full.
  • Collaborating with Local Business cross functional teams to identify the key questions and improvements to be delivered through features initiatives & development.
  • Leadership and development for the Product team to ensure the deliverables aligned with the whole business. Fostering a culture of growth and continuous improvement within the product team.

Job Requirement

  • Proven 7+ years’ experience as a Product Manager or similar role, 2+ years experience as a Product Lead is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and operational processes. Experience in managing and developing e-commerce or related O2O industry products is preferred.
  • Technical Understanding: Familiarity with the technologies and platforms used in the product development process.
  • Solid knowledge and experience in data analysis to interpret product performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
  • Able to work under fast paced environment to response to changes in market conditions or internal priorities.
  • Resilience to handle challenges and changes with a positivity and a focus on finding solutions with clear goals in mind.
  • Proficiency in organizational, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English.
