About Seamless.insure: 

Seamless.insure is an end-to-end SaaS-based insurance management platform designed to empower underwriters and distributors with efficiency, compliance, and superior customer experiences. Our platform is adaptable, innovative, and crafted to address the complexities of the insurance sector. 

We are seeking an DevOps Engineer who responsible: 

• Implementing and managing continuous delivery systems and methodologies on AWS.
• Collaborating closely with development teams to integrate projects into the AWS production environment and ensuring ongoing support.
• Automating and streamlining operations and processes for scalability and resilience.
• Maintaining, upgrading, and implementing security protocols to protect all technology systems.
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues across development, test, and production environments.
• Promoting a culture of continuous improvement through collaboration on innovative projects.
• Participating in Agile project management practices to ensure both project and team success.
• Assisting in training and supporting QA Automation Engineers, covering everything from source control and build automation to CI, test automation, and deployment, guided by tools usage and policies, standards.

To be successful in this role you must have some of the following: 

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with AWS services and management, including EKS, RDS, EC2, S3, VPC, Lambda, etc.
• Strong background in Linux/Unix administration.
• Experience with automation software (e.g., Puppet, Chef, Ansible) and scripting languages (e.g., Shell scripts, Python).
• Solid understanding of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, AWS Pipeline, Azure DevOps Pipeline.
• Experience in network, server, and application-status monitoring.
• Experience in setting up and maintaining cloud monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, Icinga).
• Good understanding of Quality Control and Test Automation in Agile-based Continuous Integration environments.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code for mid to large projects (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Packer, Python).
• Awareness of best practices and IT operations for high availability services.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a willingness to tackle complex issues.
• Fluency in English with outstanding communication and teamwork abilities.
• Preferable experience with Agile methodologies.
