We are a fast-scaling fintech company on a mission to deliver true financial freedom through AI-driven innovation in trading and investment technology. With over 20 years of industry expertise, our founder serves as a strategic gatekeeper to Asian markets—especially Japan and Vietnam—bridging global capital with high-performing investment opportunities.

With operational bases in Vietnam, Singapore, and Japan, we are building a next-generation fintech platform that offers:
● Gatekeeping for Alternative Investments – Connecting institutional investors with high-quality FX and Fund of Funds opportunities
● B2C FX Solutions – AI-powered tools and automation for retail traders
● B2B FX Infrastructure – Full-service systems for brokers including trading engines, liquidity aggregation, and real-time risk management
Our Vietnam-based development team (30–40 members strong) is the heart of our innovation engine, and we are now seeking a visionary CTO to lead this team and build the technology backbone for our unicorn journey 

Responsibilities 

● Define and lead the company’s technology vision, architecture, and development roadmap.
● Scale and mentor the Vietnam-based engineering team, instilling best practices in DevOps, testing, and agile workflows.
● Improve product quality, performance, and system reliability for both B2B and B2C financial solutions.
● Drive AI and cloud adoption to enhance real-time risk management and automation in our FX platforms.
● Lead cross-functional collaboration with product, business, and executive teams to deliver impactful outcomes.
● Build and maintain development processes, including CI/CD, QA automation, and documentation.
● Act as a hands-on leader capable of troubleshooting high-level technical issues and supporting production stability.
● Represent the technology function in strategic meetings with stakeholders, clients, and investors 
 

❖ Net base salary: up to 4,000 USD/month, depending on experience and skills

● Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field.
● At least 5 years of experience in a senior technical leadership role—preferably in fintech, trading, or SaaS.
● In-depth understanding of:
○ Electronic trading systems, broker platforms, liquidity providers
○ API integration (FIX, REST, WebSocket)
● Proficient in one or more programming languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, .NET).
● Strong grasp of microservices architecture, real-time processing, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
● Hands-on experience in debugging, performance optimization, and high-availability systems.
● Willingness to provide emergency support when critical systems are at risk.
● Strategic mindset, capable of balancing long-term architecture with short-term deliverables.
● Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple priorities.
● Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing, listening); Vietnamese proficiency is a plus
