Power BI Leadership

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports tailored to business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
• Ensure seamless integration of Power BI with diverse data sources, maintaining data integrity and reliability.
• Optimize Power BI solutions for performance, scalability, and user experience.
• Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to end-users on Power BI tools and best practices.
• Stay abreast of the latest Power BI features, updates, and industry trends.

AI Strategy & Implementation

• Lead the design and implementation of AI solutions using Microsoft AI services (e.g., Azure
• Machine Learning, Cognitive Services, Azure OpenAI).
• Identify opportunities to apply AI to enhance business processes, customer experience, and decision-making.
• Develop and deploy AI models for data analytics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing platforms and workflows.
• Ensure ethical and responsible AI practices, including data privacy, fairness, and transparency.
• Monitor and evaluate AI model performance, continuously improving accuracy and relevance.

• Proven experience as a Power BI Developer or Technical Lead in data analytics and AI projects.
• Proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, DAX, and SQL.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data integration.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure AI tools and services.
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis and machine learning.
• Experience with MLOps and deploying models in production environments is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Microsoft certifications in Power BI and Azure AI are highly desirable.
