Overview of job
- Làm việc với Ban lãnh đạo, Product Owner, Tech Lead để xây dựng và cập nhật kế hoạch triển khai dự án sản phẩm từ A-Z
- Quản lý toàn bộ vòng đời dự án: từ khởi tạo, lập kế hoạch, triển khai, giám sát đến hoàn thành và đánh giá sau triển khai
- Phân tích yêu cầu nghiệp vụ, xác định phạm vi dự án, thiết lập KPI cho từng sprint và phase
- Phân công nguồn lực, kiểm soát ngân sách và thời gian đảm bảo tiến độ cam kết
- Tổ chức, triển khai các nghi lễ Agile/Scrum: Sprint Planning, Grooming, Daily Stand-up, Review, Retrospective
- Chủ động theo dõi tiến độ từng sprint, phát hiện và xử lý các vấn đề phát sinh kịp thời
- Là cầu nối thông tin giữa các bộ phận liên quan: PO, Developer, Designer, QA, Business, đảm bảo tất cả cùng hiểu rõ mục tiêu
- Theo dõi chất lượng và hiệu quả của sản phẩm đầu ra (deliverables), đảm bảo tính logic, đúng nghiệp vụ và trải nghiệm người dùng
- Quản lý thay đổi, tổ chức các cuộc họp đột xuất khi có thay đổi từ business hoặc từ thị trường
- Quản lý và lưu trữ đầy đủ tài liệu dự án: tài liệu kỹ thuật, báo cáo tiến độ, lessons learned...
- Thúc đẩy tinh thần làm việc tích cực, phối hợp chặt chẽ và khuyến khích cải tiến liên tục trong team
- Lương upto 50M + tháng 13 + bonus tuỳ vào dự án & thực tế Công ty
- Review lương 2 lần/năm
- Thưởng Lễ tết, sinh nhật, 30/4, 2/9, thưởng vinh danh
- Du lịch, teambuilding hàng năm
- Chế độ BHXH, BHYT theo Quy định
- Thời gian làm việc: 9h-18h, T2-T6, nghỉ T7-CN
- Địa điểm làm việc: Toà IPH, 241 Xuân Thuỷ, Cầu Giấy, HN
Job Requirement
- Tối thiểu 4+ năm kinh nghiệm Project Manager trong môi trường tech/product/startup
- Có kiến thức tốt về Agile/Scrum, quy trình delivery sản phẩm phần mềm
- Kinh nghiệm thực thi dự án product: roadmap, backlog, cross-team coordination
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp, tư duy hệ thống và quản lý đội nhóm tốt
- Hiểu ngôn ngữ kỹ thuật, có thể đễ dàng trao đổi với dev/design/QA
- Biết sử dụng các công cụ: Jira, Confluence, Trello, Figma...
- Khả năng giải quyết vấn đề linh hoạt, chủ động, chịu áp lực tốt
- Ưu tiên ứng viên từng làm việc tại các công ty fintech, sản phẩm super-app hoặc startup.
