Overview of job
We are seeking for Automotive Security Consultants who works directly with leading OEMs to shape the cybersecurity of next-generation vehicles.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and execute Threat Analysis and Risk Assessment (TARA) for cutting-edge vehicle technologies.
- Define and develop cybersecurity requirements and concepts aligned with ISO/SAE 21434 and UN R155.
- Ensure robust compliance with automotive cybersecurity regulations and industry standards.
- Evaluate and improve supplier cybersecurity work products and delivery schedules.
- Act as a key liaison between global OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and partners to drive cybersecurity collaboration and alignment.

Job Requirement
Mandatory requirements:
- Bachelor of engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in automotive embedded system.
- Have knowledge of ISO/SAE 21434, UN R155, and TARA methodology.
- Familiar with managing suppliers and delivering cybersecurity projects within dynamic, cross-functional teams.
- Good English communication
- Strong ability to translate complex security needs into actionable plans, aligning technical solutions with regulatory requirements and business goals.
Nice-to have requirements:
- Good Japanese (N2)

This engineering development center will be engaged in developing embedded systems and software, mechanical design and simulation, and will provide IT (SAP Consulting, JAVA Development….) and Business Services (Finance and accounting, Economics, Purchasing, Logistics, Translations Japanese-English-Japanese, Information Security ) solutions to the Bosch group of companies globally.
