We’re looking for a Mid/Senior Backend Engineer ready to take ownership, solve tough problems, and build products people actually love using.

What you'll be doing:

• Develop and maintain web and mobile products for POS systems and nail salons.
• Work with cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and containerized environments.
• Take full ownership of your code — from idea to deployment.
• Optimize performance and improve scalability.
• Integrate data storage and analytics solutions for smarter insights.
• Troubleshoot and resolve critical production issues promptly.

Must-Haves

• 3+ years of backend development experience with PHP or Rust.
• Strong expertise in HTTP/RESTful API development and object-oriented programming principles.
• Experience working with GraphQL.
• Proficient with Git in a collaborative, team-based environment.
• Solid software design and architecture experience.
• Experience with relational databases (RDBMS).
• Familiarity with messaging systems such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Amazon SQS.
• Excellent communication skills — able to simplify complex technical topics for diverse audiences.

Nice-to-Haves

• AWS knowledge.
• Strong understanding of design patterns.
• Experience with the 12-factor app methodology.
• Knowledge of semantic versioning to maintain backward compatibility in OSS packages.
