We are looking for an experienced Frontend Engineer (React) to join our Spartan Team. Who is passionate about building, testing, and working closely with various stakeholders to deliver top-notch software. You will be able to solve challenging problems, work with the latest tech stack, and work with talented engineers to contribute meaningfully.

Responsibilities

• Develop new user-facing features using React 
• Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Collaborate with back-end developers and UI/UX designers to bring design mockups to life.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Implement responsive designs using Tailwind CSS.
• Utilize TanStack Query (React Query) for efficient data fetching and state management.
• Work with UI component libraries like Shadcn UI and Ant Design to build rich user interfaces.
• Debug and troubleshoot front-end issues.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest front-end technologies and best practices.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Frontend Developer.
• Strong proficiency in React and its core principles.
• Hands-on experience with Next.js for server-side rendering and static site generation.
• Solid understanding of modern CSS frameworks, especially Tailwind CSS.
• Experience with data fetching libraries such as TanStack Query (React Query).
• Familiarity with UI component libraries like Shadcn UI and Ant Design.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Bonus Points:

• Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library).
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Knowledge of accessibility best practices.
