Position Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and meticulous Junior Quality Control Engineer / Tester to join our team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our groundbreaking AI products, including those with multilingual capabilities. Report to: QC Leader

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute detailed Test Cases for our AI products, focusing on various functionalities and platforms.
• Conduct comprehensive testing, including Functional Testing, UI Testing, and User Experience (UX) Testing, to identify defects and areas for improvement.
• Utilize Bug Tracking Tools to log, monitor, and report bugs clearly and accurately.
• Prepare and maintain essential test documents such as Test Cases, Test Plans, and Test Reports.
• Collaborate closely with Development and Product Management teams to ensure product quality and a smooth release cycle.
• Perform multilingual quality checks on our AI products, ensuring accuracy in grammar, context, and overall user experience for specific languages.

Minimum Requirements:

• A recent graduate or has at least 3 months of experience in software testing.
• Possesses basic knowledge of various testing types, including functional and UI/UX testing.
• Experience using bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Redmine).
• Understands how to create test documentation, such as Test Cases, Test Reports, and Bug Reports.
• Is meticulous, detail-oriented, and has a strong self-learning and proactive attitude.
• IT or Computer Science background is a plus.

Nice-to-haves:

• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: French, German, or Italian.
• Experience in language testing or with multilingual products is a strong advantage.
• A passion for AI and technology products.
