Your responsibilities will include:

• Design and develop Office Add-ins and solutions that integrate with Microsoft 365 services like Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Power BI.
• Implement authentication and authorization flows using MSAL.js, OAuth2, and Microsoft Identity Platform.
• Continuously optimize codebase for performance, maintainability, and scalability, adhering to best practices in cybersecurity and software development.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with product goals and user experience.
• Stay updated on cybersecurity best practices to strengthen platform integrity

We are after a Full Stack Developer who’s got the skills to make an impact and the mindset to think big. You’re not just coding for a paycheck, you’re here to innovate, create, and lead.

• Hands-on with Microsoft 365 automation: PowerShell, Graph API, Exchange Online, Defender, and SCC.
• Strong in JavaScript/TypeScript, Office.js, manifest XML, SSO, and packaging/deploying Office Add-ins.
• Familiar with MSAL.js, OAuth2, Microsoft Identity Platform, token flows.
• Experience with Bot Framework, Teams SDK, Adaptive Cards, Power BI, SharePoint, Intune.
• Integration with platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, Slack, etc. via APIs, webhooks, or OAuth.
• Strong understanding of REST API integration and secure backend communication.
• Proven ability to write maintainable, secure, and scalable code.
• Experience with version control, CI/CD, test automation, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Experience with Vue.js, React or similar frameworks.
• Nice to have: PHP/Laravel familiarity, knowledge of security best practices in email/reporting flows.
