Overview of job

● Research, design, and implement Machine Learning models for financial applications.
● Collaborate with Data Scientists and related departments to integrate AI models into products.
● Integrate rule-based evaluations with machine learning models to optimize inference and analytical efficiency.
● Optimize model inference (ONNX, TensorRT) to process large-scale MT4/5 trading data and real-time market data.
● Ensure performance, reliability, and scalability of AI systems in production environments. 

❖ Net base salary: up to 3500 USD/month, depending on experience and skills

Mandatory

● 2–5 years of hands-on experience in building and deploying Machine Learning/Deep Learning models.
● Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch.
● Experience in inference optimization (ONNX, TensorRT) in production environments.
● Strong skills in financial time-series data analysis.
● Solid foundation in Mathematics and Statistics (Linear Algebra, Probability, Optimization).
● Good understanding of software engineering principles (clean code, version control, testing).
● Strong problem-solving, logical thinking, and good communication skills.
● Good English skills (speaking, reading, writing, and listening), especially in reading technical documents and conducting research.

Preferred

● Experience working in FinTech, finance, or securities.
● Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for ML model deployment.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities..
