What You'll Do

Your work will directly impact the efficiency and innovation culture of the entire company. You will:

• Spearhead Innovative Solutions: Design, build, and deploy high-impact solutions from proof-of-concept to production. This includes our focus on AI-driven solutions, as well as other pioneering projects in areas like developer productivity, process automation, and data platforms.
• Lead R&D Initiatives: Stay on the pulse of the tech industry to research, evaluate, and prototype with emerging technologies. While a significant part of this involves the AI/ML space (LLMs, RAG), it also extends to new architectural patterns, development tools, and platforms that can transform our practices.
• Build the Foundation for Innovation: Architect robust, scalable, and maintainable backend services and APIs that will power our entire suite of intelligent tools and future innovations.
• Drive Company-Wide Impact: Act as a technical leader and evangelist. You'll create frameworks, define best practices, and build shared platforms that empower other engineering teams to adopt new technologies.
• Integrate and Amplify: Architect and implement seamless integrations with our core platforms (e.g., Slack, Atlassian, Github, GCP tools) to embed innovation directly into our daily workflows.

What We're Looking For

Technical Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of professional experience in software development, with a proven track record of building and deploying production-ready applications.
• Strong proficiency in either Python, Golang, or Node.js and their associated ecosystem. Willingness to adapt to new languages and frameworks as needed.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., Redis).
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices for building scalable systems.
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes).
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and a strong understanding of CI/CD principles.
