We’re hiring an AI Engineer to design, build, and ship LLM-driven applications. You’ll prototype quickly, productionize responsibly, and own the lifecycle from prompt to product.

Job Description:

• Build conversational and agentic features using Python, LangChain/LangGraph, and Pydantic
• Design high-quality prompts (system, tool, and function-calling) and implement guardrails for safety, privacy, and cost control.
• Implement RAG pipelines (chunking, indexing, hybrid search, reranking) with vector stores (e.g., Chroma/FAISS/Pinecone) and embeddings.
• Build automated LLM evals, unit tests, and offline/online A/B experiments.
• Optimize performance (caching, batching, streaming, model selection).
• Collaborate with team to translate user needs into shippable features; write clear technical docs

• 3+ years of professional software experience (or equivalent) with Python.
• Hands-on with LangChain (chains, tools, agents) and Pydantic (v1/v2).
• Practical NLP experience: prompt engineering, function calling / structured responses.
