Overview of job

• Develop enterprise applications using Microsoft 365 (E5) and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot Studio)
• Build Canvas Apps with SharePoint/Microsoft 365 integration and automated workflows
• Design Power BI dashboards and implement chatbots with Copilot Studio
• Gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and lead solution reviews
• Mentor team members and ensure quality standards

Experience: 5+ years software development, 3+ years Microsoft 365 ecosystem

Must-Have Skills:

• Power Apps Canvas: Development and design, Power Fx formulas, SharePoint data sources, responsive UX, form controls and validation
• Power Automate: Cloud Flows (automated/instant/scheduled), SharePoint triggers, approval workflows, error handling, Microsoft 365 integration
• Power BI: Dashboard/report design, DAX calculations, Power Query M, data modeling, Microsoft 365 connectivity
• Copilot Studio: Chatbot development, conversation flows, Power Automate integration, Microsoft 365 connectors
• Microsoft 365: SharePoint Online (lists/libraries/permissions), Teams integration, OneDrive for Business, Outlook basics
• Integration: Microsoft Graph API basics, custom connectors, SharePoint REST API
• Administration: Power Platform environment management, governance, DLP policies
• General: Requirements gathering, solution design, Agile/Scrum, testing and troubleshooting, performance optimization
• Tools: Github, GitLab, Slack, Miro
  Communication: English

• Model-driven Apps, Dataverse advanced features
• PowerShell, C# .NET, JavaScript/HTML/CSS
• Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure fundamentals
