We are expanding our QA & Testing Division to strengthen quality assurance for ERP and Production Planning modules — ensuring precision, performance, and scalability for complex enterprise systems.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced IT Tester with a solid background in Java testing and a deep understanding of ERP / Production Planning (PP) business processes.
You will be responsible for designing, executing, and automating test cases to ensure that enterprise applications — especially ERP production planning workflows — meet functional and performance standards.

This role requires strong analytical skills, collaboration with developers and functional consultants, and hands-on experience with test automation frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and technical designs of ERP modules (focus on Production Planning)
• Design comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for functional, integration, and regression testing
• Execute manual and automated tests for Java-based ERP applications and integrations with related systems.
• Collaborate with ERP functional teams, developers, and PMs to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.
• Identify, document, and track defects / anomalies using defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM).
• Develop and maintain automated testing scripts using Java + Selenium / TestNG / JUnit.
• Validate data flows, scheduling logic, and capacity planning functions within Production Planning modules.
• Contribute to performance testing and optimization of ERP batch jobs and production scheduling engines.
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and assist end-users in validating scenarios.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering
• 3–6 years of experience in software testing (functional + automation).
• Proven hands-on experience testing Java applications (API, backend logic, and UI).
• Solid understanding of ERP concepts, preferably in Production Planning (PP) or Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
• Familiarity with ERP modules
• Experience with automation tools: Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, or Postman (for API testing).
• Good understanding of SQL for database validation and test data preparation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• English proficiency (reading documentation and reporting defects clearly).

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

• Familiarity with Jenkins, Git, or CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of Agile / Scrum testing practices.
• Exposure to manufacturing or logistics environments.
