Overview of job
- Collaborate with Product Managers & stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Create clear specifications, user stories, and documentation.
- Support UX/UI with usefulness, usability, and accessibility insights.
- Analyze business data to provide actionable insights.
- Act as a bridge between business & tech teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Design and support UAT scenarios to validate solutions.
- Exceptional Compensation: Up to 30 months of salary per year through competitive salary packages and performance-based bonuses.

Job Requirement
- 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst (preferably in eCommerce, retail, or logistics).
- Solid knowledge of Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum.
- Experience with data analysis (min. 6 months hands-on).
- UI/UX awareness (usefulness, usability; accessibility is a plus).
- Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Growth mindset, ownership, and commitment.
