Education & Experiences

• Bachelor or higher in information and communication technology, related engineering, or mathematics.
• Approximately 2 years of experience working on real AI projects in an industry environment.
• At least 6 months working with LLM, GenAI

Technical Skills

• Strong analytical skills and mindset.
• Solid background in Maths and Computer Science.
• Proficient in software engineering skills and fluent in one of the following programming languages: Python, C++, Java (Python is most preferred).
• Demonstrated practical experience in developing Generative AI/LLM applications through real and impactful projects.
• Good foundation and practical experience related to deep learning, machine learning, or data science.
• Experience with LLMOps/MLOps and cloud-based development is preferred.
• Ability to read and apply research papers quickly to related problems.
• Proficient in writing technical reports and presenting technical problems (in English).

Personal Attributes

• Proficient in English (all 4 skills), knowing Japanese is a plus.
• Good at work management, able to work independently as well as collaborate with other teams.
• Other attitude characteristics: proactive, responsible, can-do, and get-things-done.
