• Lead team, design architect, develop, execute, deliver and maintain large software system development and maintenance projects; 
• Lead technical skills an Agile Software Development inhouse team that is comprised of for members: coaching, review code, guide...; 
• Ensure that Software Development team adheres to and contributes to the defined processes while still being able to deliver efficiently; 
• Deliver high-quality, secure, scalable and maintainable production software

• Working time: 8.30 am – 5.30 pm from Monday to Friday.

• From 5 years of experience in Python
• Strong understanding of networking concepts (IP, CIDR, NAT, OSI model)
• Proficient in Java concurrency, Garbage Collection, Stream API, Lambda, and Functional Interfaces
• Experience in designing complex REST APIs (paging, rate limiting, filtering) with monitoring, caching, and load balancing
• Skilled in Python (Django/Flask) and at least one NoSQL database
• Solid knowledge of advanced SQL (subquery, view, transaction, optimization, ACID principles)
• Familiar with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), including EC2 and object storage (S3)
• Strong grasp of SOLID principles, microservice architecture, and Docker
• Hands-on experience with Redis, Kafka, and system design
• Understanding of application security risks (XSS, CSRF, Injection) and authorization models (RBAC, ABAC)
• Experience writing unit and integration tests, using common design patterns
• Ability to analyze issues, design system architecture, and present technical reports
• Experience mentoring developers and leading technical discussions
• Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills
• Ability to visualize and document solutions using UML or flow diagrams
• Capability to research and adopt new technologies effectively
• Good at English communication
